1. Introduction

Welcome to YouCanShine ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our study tour/educational services. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to these terms.

2. Program Enrollment and Payment

• Fees: All program fees are quoted in USD.
• Payment: Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and authorized digital wallets (Alipay/WeChat Pay).
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a spot in certain programs.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days before the program start date: 100% refund (minus deposit).
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before: No refund will be issued.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4. Safety and Conduct

Students are expected to follow our code of conduct. We reserve the right to dismiss any student from the program for behavior that endangers themselves or others, without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver

YouCanShine acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and venue providers. While we maintain high safety standards, the Company is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by third-party providers or unforeseen events (Force Majeure). Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
